25+ years of operating experience across Public, Private and ESOP organizations.

David is a respected leader in the Automation and Packaging industries, with primary focuses in Sales Strategy & Execution, Sales & Service Channel Development, Direct Sales Teams, Aftermarket Revenue Strategies, and Vendor Selection across Packaging & Industrial Automation, Product Traceability, Machine Vision, Metal Packaging, Laser Manufacturing Applications, CNC Machine Tools, Material Handling, Robotics and Product Development.

Experienced in managing, developing and supporting sales teams at national and regional levels; building high-performance management teams; leading sophisticated distribution channel organizations; and establishing sensible business practice within culturally diverse environments. His work spans joint ventures, family offices, private equity, venture capital, strategic partnerships and multi-national growth mandates.
